The new news website has been launched in Azerbaijan. As was stated by the head editor of the newly-launched website Mikayil Mirzazada, the website was created in February 2021 and initiated its activity under the title “APress.az (Azerbaijani Press). It belongs to the group APRESS MEDIA GROUP. The news associated with the social, political, socio-cultural life of Azerbaijan, the rest of the countries of the South Caucasus, and the world will be published on the website, as well as the interviews, analytical materials, reports, and articles written by the distinct authors. The “hotline” functions both on the website and inside the agency which will allow viewers to immediately inform the agency about the events encountered in daily life. One of the main tasks of the website is to participate in the information war and provide objective and unbiased publications of the information in the context of regional and worldwide events. The leadership of the website welcomes the representatives of the state, political parties, NPO, law enforcement agencies, and private companies for active collaboration.
